No, Mary's not really asleep. She's just posing. Anna will sit on her nightstand and protect her all night long. Mary seems pretty excited about her. I hope she works. Maybe the fact that daddy called tonight will help too. Fingers crossed.

Anna the Angel
Desperation rears it's ugly little head when you've been jarred awake every 2 hours due to nightmares. She told me the angels didn't work. They must have flown out of the room last night, but it was hard to know since she couldn't see them. Today, we made it a mission to find an actual angel to watch over Mary at night. She needs something she can see. Even if it's pretend, she needs a "pretend real" thing. Meet Anna.

The dream mist worked for us. After dream catchers. Prayers. Books. Everything else. I'm sorry you're going through this. Sleep deprivation is awful! It seemed like we dealt with it for a long time. All I can tell you is this to shall pass.
Sure hope the angel works. Sorry the angel story didn't work and that you had such a lousy night.
