Sometimes, I find that I'm guilty of always aiming the camera at Adam. He's at the stage where he's changing by the second and I want to make sure I capture each laughing, smiling, drooling moment before it's gone. Mary never had any front of the camera competition when she was his age and I sometimes forget that jealousy is an ugly little monster that likes to jump out at some of the most inopportune moments. Sometimes I see resentment, but mostly it's still brotherly love. This past week, I tried to spend extra cuddle time with Mary after Adam went to bed and while daddy was in Hawaii. I have the hardest time getting her pure happy, go lucky laugh on camera. This is pretty darn close. She totally thought my pinching her nose was "Not cool, mommy." I just keep reminding myself when I'm snapping pics galore, to never forget the girl.
