Monakids Jungle, Kendrakids monkeys

Today, we met up with some friends at Monakids Jungle. I've never been there before. I'll be honest, I'm cheap and it seemed too far away. Ok, it was only 800 yen ($9.87) for all 3 of us for 3 hours and it was only about 15 min. away. (Why did it seem so far 2 years ago?) I have no more excuses and I find myself wanting to do more things now that we have only 6 more months here on the island. I'd hate to move and say we never did anything.

This place was so much fun. It was truly a "jungle" of fun. Good thing my little monkeys instinctively knew what to do! Here's monkey #1 walking the rope bridge. (I like to think all the ballet lessons are giving her better balance and poise.) She did great!
Monkey #2 climbing the rock stairs.
Monkey #3 riding down the roller slide, since monkey #2 decided to climb all the way to the top by himself and this was the easiest way to get down.
There were balls, and slides, and baby jails (er, fun tunnels), and climbing for all the little monkeys.
Monkey #1 telling me how much fun she's having. Ha,ha,ha! Look how her bangs are sticking up because she's so sweaty. She was doing some hard playing!
And we finish off the excitement with lunch in the refreshment area and ice cream from the vending machine.
A successful adventure is often measured by how fast the kids fall asleep in the car. Adam was out in less than 2 min. That's my monkey!
