I've noticed that all our new bedding comes wrapped in cloth bags. Why? Sure, it makes it look fancy, but seriously, what do I do with them? It's not like I can/will/attempt to get the sheets folded so small that they fit back into the bag for storage in the linen closet. Why don't they just knock off a few bucks from the price and wrap the sheets in the plastic like before? And in case you're wondering if it's just high priced bedding I'm talking about, Adam's $20 Thomas the Tank Engine sheets came in one too. So today, I unwrapped my new duvet cover and shams for our bed and handed off the decorative bags to Mary to use as she saw fit. Instant sleeping bags!
Big baby, tiny tiny, and Alpine Al are snug as a bug. They even have special sleeping cubbies in Mary's headboard. Ah, I predict good sleeping for all.
And now a few shots of my goofy 4 yr old. Love her!
Good night, sleep tight.
