On Days Like These...

On rainy, dreary, blustery days like these, we have to find alternate things to do to keep us busy.

We play with our new Sumo Kokeshi, "Shibo"

We throw on our boots and coats and go have fun!

We splash in the rain soaked grass.

We make funny faces at the camera.

So that's what we do in our house when it's a yucky day outside.  On a positive note, I accomplished 6 loads of laundry, put away said laundry, built a fort, gave two baths, pulled super sticky stickers out of a toddlers hair, blogged and did NOT spend a single dime.  Whew, I'm exhausted.  Mary helped me out a lot, though.  She washed the dinner table for me...



"Just like Mommy!"  Seriously?  I really need to start wearing clothes around here.
