It had the biggest, longest, most incredible roller slide. The actual fort area to climb up was pretty cool too, but we didn't explore it like we should have. We just ran up to the top to slide. Mary went down 3 times and I went twice. It was enough for me. Those rollers start to feel like they're removing a layer of your butt by the time you come to the end. It sure was fun, though.
Adam wasn't so sure if he should like it or not.
I'm pretty sure this kid had a good time.
The second playground had a huge "drop slide" I'll admit, we were all scaredy cats except for Doug.
We explored up the hill and found stairs...
And stairs...
And even more stairs.
Which led up to a pretty cool stone tower with a beautiful view of the area.
The final playground was more of a "toddler" area and better suited for our kids. However, by the time we got there, Adam was starting to feel the effects of skipping his morning nap and Doug had been called into work regarding the relief efforts for the mainland of Japan. We played for a short while, but I have a feeling we'll be back another day.
