It's a Learning Process

This computer is different.  It has strange settings.  It has new vernacular.  It is exciting, fun and frustrating all in one.   I love not being stuck in the back bedroom with the old computer.  I love the freedom of the laptop.  It's a challenge trying to figure out all the subtle (and not so subtle) differences between a Macintosh and a PC.  I can't figure out why my blog looks just the way I want it to on the PC, but when I look at it on the laptop, it's all messed up.  I have no idea what other people are viewing.  This computer has so many new gadgets, I feel like a little kid playing with a new toy.  I have to admit, the "photo booth" is one of our favorite programs.  The kids are having a great time (and when I say "kids", I mean me and Mary).   :)

We like to go fishing...and ride roller coasters.

Hoping to get more "blog worthy" material soon.  I've been so busy trying to figure out this computer, get a "chat" set up so we can talk to Bev and Gene with their Mac, playing outside and getting ready for a party I'm co-hosting soon.  I will say, I watched a preview of Mary's ballet recital today and it was pretty stinkin' cute.  Can't wait to see her in her costumes...and get video, of course.  Until next time....
